I made this casserole for Thanksgiving last year and everyone wanted to know what was in it before they ate it. I wouldnt tell them so they named it fear factor casserole! Now they ask for it every holiday!

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen broccoli thawed (10 ounces)
- 1 package frozen cauliflower thawed (10 ounces)
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroon soup
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 48 - ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make cauliflower & broccoli cheese casserole

Step 1Place broccoli and cauliflower in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 2Blend soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese together and pour over vegetables.

Step 3Blend crackers with melted butter.

Step 4Top vegetables with buttered cracker crumbs.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes or until bubbling.
