    carrots
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar

How to Make Carrot Souffle'

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop carrots and boil until tender. Puree in blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350* for 45 mins or in a souffle' dish for 1 hour.
