1/4 lbvelveeta cheese

1/2 stickmargarine

1tube ritz crackers

1/2 stickmargarine
How To Make carrot casserole, mary kinney casey

1Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt cheese and margarine together and pour over carrots.

2Topping: Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put on top of carrot mixture.

3Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min.
