Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 1/4 pound velveeta cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- TOPPING
- 1 tube ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine
How To Make carrot casserole, mary kinney casey

Step 1Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt cheese and margarine together and pour over carrots.

Step 2Topping: Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put on top of carrot mixture.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min.
