  • 1 lb
    carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • TOPPING
  • 1
    tube ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine

How To Make carrot casserole, mary kinney casey

    Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt cheese and margarine together and pour over carrots.

    Topping: Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put on top of carrot mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min.
