How to Make Carrot Casserole, Mary Kinney Casey

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt cheese and margarine together and pour over carrots.
  2. Topping: Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put on top of carrot mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min.
