Ingredients
- 30 ounces frozen california blend veggies, thawed
- 1/2 cup dukes mayo
- 1 vidallia onion, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 3-4 grinds sea salt
- dash garlic powder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve club crackers, crushed (1 cup)
How To Make california blend casserole

Step 1In large bowl, melt margarine in microwave. Let cool a little, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Mix. Then mix in sour cream and mayo. Add veggies, stir to coat them. Add crushed club crackers and cheese. Pam 9x13 well, them put in mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min until cheese melted and veggies done. Could take a little longer. Serve.
