  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 stick
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli thawed 10 oz
  • 1 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 small
    onion diced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Broccoli Corn Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Mix everything except the jiffy mix in a large bowl. Then add Jiffy mix and stir until well blended.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Do not let casserole get too brown. Cover for last 10 minutes of baking.
