A delicious, cheesy version of the original corn bake!

Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can creamed corn
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
2 - eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 package frozen chopped broccoli thawed 10 oz
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese
1 small onion diced
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli corn bake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 2

Mix everything except the jiffy mix in a large bowl. Then add Jiffy mix and stir until well blended.
Step 3

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Do not let casserole get too brown. Cover for last 10 minutes of baking.
