Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli thawed 10 oz
- 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion diced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli corn bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 2Mix everything except the jiffy mix in a large bowl. Then add Jiffy mix and stir until well blended.

Step 3Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Do not let casserole get too brown. Cover for last 10 minutes of baking.
