- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c
- 1 c
- chopped velveeta cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- french fried onion
- shelves of ritz crackers crushed
How to Make Brocolli Cassrole
- 1Cook Brocolli as directed and drain well.
- 2Mix all together Brocolli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and fried onion and a large bowl. I add just a little bit of garlic salt and peper.
- 3Pour into a 9" baking or cassrole dish.
Crush crackers and sprinkle over the top untill
covered with a light layer.
- 4Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.
