- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 package frozen broccoli (20 oz)
- 1/2 - chopped onion
- 1 jar cheese whiz
- can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup ritz crackers, crushed
- OPTIONAL
- - shredded cheddar
How To Make broccoli rice casserole

Step 1Melt butter on skillet. Add broccoli and onions.

Step 2Cook rice and add to broccoli and onion mix. Add cheese and soup.

Step 3Place mixture into large greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and shredded cheese over the top.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
