This is a favorite casserole for brunch, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 cups uncooked minute rice
  • 8 ounces cheese whiz
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 packages 10 oz chopped broccoli

How To Make broccoli n rice brunch casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the frozen or fresh broccoli in 1 cup of water and butter until tender. Remove from heat, add the cheese whiz to the hot broccoli mixture and stir until well mixed. Mix the soups, rice and broccoli mixture until well blended. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

    This dish can be mixed ahead and refrigerated to bake the next day.
