Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 jar cheez whiz-softened
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice- cooked
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make broccoli & cheese casserole

Step 1Cook the rice till done and let sit till fluffy. Cook the frozen broccoli in water for 15 minutes- drain

Step 2Soften the cheez whiz -either in the jar or in a microwave safe dish

Step 3In a 13x9 pan mix together the cooked broccoli, cooked rice, soup and cheez whiz. Stir together thoroughly..

Step 4Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35- 45 minutes.
