This was my mother-n-laws signature recipe, this has been the only broccoli casserole i've ever truly liked.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of broccoli florets cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons diced onion(more if you desire)
- 2 cups crushed cheeze it crackers
- pinch salt & pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees; Meanwhile cut up broccoli & boil til just tender about 10 minutes, then drain. in a separate bowl combine soup, cheese, eggs, mayo, onions, & salt & pepper to taste. Add broccoli and mix ingredients together.

Step 2Spray a 9X9 glass pan w/ cooking spray, pour mixture into pan & top with crushed cheeze it crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. ( to make a 13x9 pan just double your ingredients)
