broccoli casserole
(1 RATING)
I play with the amounts used in this recipe depending on how many may be eating, when it is just my husband and I, I use the amounts listed. When invited out and I ask, "Can I bring anything?" this is often requested. The next time I make this, I will take pictures to add.

Step 4Combine the mushroom - onion - garlic mixture to the chopped broccoli. Add in the parmesean and 1/2 of the mozzarella and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
-
Step 5Add the combined mixture to the already prepared cracker crust and top with remaining mozzarella. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese topping has melted.
