Ingredients

  • 10 oz
    chopped, frozen broccoli
  • 1 small
    onion diced
  • 2 stick
    celery finely choppped
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 can(s)
    cream mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    uncooked minute rice
  • 1 small
    jar cheese whiz

How to Make Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil first 3 ingredients until tender. Drain.
  2. Melt 1 stick butter and add cr. mushroom soup and the minute rice. [Be sure that the rice is quick cooking minute rice].
  3. Add the cheese whiz and pour into casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
