Ingredients
- - 4-6 oz. bow tie pasta
- - 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- - 1/2 cup chopped onion
- - 1 tablespoon butter
- - 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - 1/3 cup milk
- - 2 tablespoons chives
How To Make bow tie pasta with creamy mushroom sauce

Step 1In a med saucepan, add pasta. Cover pasta with water. Cook over med heat stirring occasionally. In another saucepan, cook onion and mushrooms with butter until tender. Stir in cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cook and stir constantly until cheese is melted. Gradually add milk and chives. heat through. Drain pasta. Pour sauce on pasta. Toss to coat. Serve Immediately!
