- 2 boxes chopped frozen brocolli
- 3/4 cup chopped white onion
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound 16 oz velvetta
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can sliced mushrooms

Step 1Cook brocolli and rice seprately.

Step 2Once done combine and mix with all the other ingredients pour mixture into a buttered 13x9 glass baking dish.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
