    chopped white onion
  • 2 c
    uncooked instant rice
  • 3/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb
    16 oz velvetta
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms

How to Make Best brocolli and rice casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook brocolli and rice seprately.
  2. Once done combine and mix with all the other ingredients pour mixture into a buttered 13x9 glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
