Ingredients
- 1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1-16 oz. package cottage cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make baked spinach in cheese casserole

Step 1Blend by hand spinach, salt, pepper and flour.

Step 2Stir in rest.

Step 3Bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
