Ingredients

1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 - eggs, beaten
1-16 oz. package cottage cheese
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make baked spinach in cheese casserole

Step 1

Blend by hand spinach, salt, pepper and flour.

Step 2

Stir in rest.
Step 3

Bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
