Ingredients

  • 8 - potatoes-cooked, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese, diced (or shredded)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • - salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled

How To Make baked potato salad

  • Step 1
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt & pepper and place in a 9x13" buttered baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake at 325°F until brown. (about 45 minutes)
