- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup onion, diced

How To Make baked potato salad

Step 1Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt & pepper and place in a 9x13" buttered baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake at 325°F until brown. (about 45 minutes)
