Ingredients

1 cflour

2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 Tbspwhite wine

3 Tbspparsley, italian

3 Tbspspinach, chopped

1 tspseasoned salt

RISING AGENT
-
1/2 cwarm water
-
1 Tbspdark brown sugar

1 tspdry active yeast

FILLING
-
8 ozlorraine cheese, cut from a block

TOPPING

1 Tbsphoney
How to Make Baked Florentine Lorraine with Honey Drizzle
- Mix rising agents and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients. After the rising agent is sufficiently frothy, mix into flour.
- Stir well, then dump out onto a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Take dough and wrap around cheese. Place in a small, well greased casserole dish.
- Set in a warm place and allow to rise for one hour.
- Then place in oven at 325F for 45-55 minutes. Allowing the top to be golden and cheese to melt.
