- DOUGH
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 3 tablespoons parsley, italian
- 3 tablespoons spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- RISING AGENT
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
- FILLING
- 8 ounces lorraine cheese, cut from a block
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon honey

Step 1Mix rising agents and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, add all dough ingredients. After the rising agent is sufficiently frothy, mix into flour.

Step 3Stir well, then dump out onto a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes.

Step 4Take dough and wrap around cheese. Place in a small, well greased casserole dish.

Step 5Set in a warm place and allow to rise for one hour.

Step 6Then place in oven at 325F for 45-55 minutes. Allowing the top to be golden and cheese to melt.
