Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can whole kernal corn - undrained
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can cream style corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Make baked corn casserole

Step 1Melt butter. Mix well with both cans of corn, sour cream and muffin mix.

Step 2Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes then top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 more minutes.
