baked broccoli and spinach

This is a wonderfull MAIN DISH or sidedish.We LOVE spinach,so this one is a FAVORITE!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 10 oz. each of frozen chopped broccoli,thawed
  • 2 packages 10 oz. each,chopped spinach,thawed and well-drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup/10 3/4 ounces each can
  • 4 large eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1 large sweet onion,diced {vidalia is great for this}
  • 2 cups sharp chedder cheese,shredded
  • 1 cup hellman's mayonase
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp - fresh grated black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlicpowder
  • 36 - round buttery crackers/ritz etc.,crushed up

How To Make baked broccoli and spinach

  • Step 1
    Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  • Step 2
    spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle evenly with the crushed crackers
  • Step 4
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minuted or until set and bubbly.
