Ingredients
- 2 packages 10 oz. each of frozen chopped broccoli,thawed
- 2 packages 10 oz. each,chopped spinach,thawed and well-drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup/10 3/4 ounces each can
- 4 large eggs,lightly beaten
- 1 large sweet onion,diced {vidalia is great for this}
- 2 cups sharp chedder cheese,shredded
- 1 cup hellman's mayonase
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp - fresh grated black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlicpowder
- 36 - round buttery crackers/ritz etc.,crushed up
How To Make baked broccoli and spinach

Step 1Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

Step 2spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish

Step 3Sprinkle evenly with the crushed crackers

Step 4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minuted or until set and bubbly.
