Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
How To Make baked beans

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a 9X13 glass casserole. Bake at 350* until bubbly and no longer soupy. Mom likes them pretty dry, Daddy likes them soupy so I try for a happy compromise:-)

Step 2I also cook my own dried beans (except for the pork and beans) Use about 2 cups of beans for each can of beans called for. I also mix them up using black beans or pintos, etc. when that's what I have on hand. This tastes good with any bean, really.
