I recently ran across this recipe and made it for Thanksgiving. It was a BIG HIT with my family. It is now going to be an annual Thanksgiving dish. Children and adults love it.

Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - dash paprika
How To Make awesome broccoli-cheese casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9" x 13" baking dish.

Step 2In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, beaten egg, and onions.

Step 3Place frozen broccoli into a large mixing bowl and break up. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup/mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli and mix well. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and smooth the top with spatula. Season top with salt, pepper and paprika.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
