2 1/2 Tbspsteak seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspmelted margarine

1 ptsour cream

3/4 chalf and half

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 ccrumbled bacon bits

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make au gratin potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

2Add cubed hash brown potatoes, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and melted margarine; mix well.

3In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, half and half, cream cheese, and bacon bits; whisk well for 2 minutes until blended.

4Spread the sour cream mixture onto the potatoes; mix well.

5Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.

6Bake for 35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
