Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet and tangy seasoning,divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon garlic butter seasoning
- 1 cup crumbled bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make au gratin potato casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Add cubed hash brown potatoes,1 1/2 tablespoon sweet and tangy seasoning, garlic powder, and melted margarine; mix well.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, half and half, cream cheese,garlic butter seasoning and bacon bits; whisk well for 2 minutes until blended.

Step 4Spread the sour cream mixture onto the potatoes; mix well.

Step 5Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top and season with remaining sweet and tangy seasoning.

Step 6Bake for 35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
