I went to Christmas Party Dec 2011 someone brought a Artichoke cassarole I loved it got the recipe and here it is.

Ingredients
- 1 can unseasoned artichokes hearts in water
- 6 cloves chopped very fine garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup genuine olive oil(no subs)
- 1 1/2 cups italian flavored bread crumbs
- - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make artichoke cassarole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350,Strain the artichoke hearts (SAVE THE LIQUID) set aside.Cut up the peices of artichoke put into medium mixing bowl.Add all the rest of ingredients including the liquid.Stir well,pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan cook for atleast one hour or till golden brown.Serve hot .You can use 2 cans of artichokes just add 1/4 cup more oil. Also you can put small peices of ham,shrimp you decide what you like best,I like it meatless.Good Luck :From my kitchen to yours
