    low fat milk
  • 9 oz pkg
    frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 c
    thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated

  1. Whisk 1 tablespoon each butter and flourin an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat, 1 minute.
  2. Add 1 and 1/4 cups low fat milk;Whisk until boiling
