How to Make Apricot Noodle Kugel
- Boil noodles in salted water for 4 minutes
- Mix noodles with the butter and cream cheese. Then add the eggs.
- Place half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish.
- Top the noodles with half jar of preserves and then sprinkle brown sugar over preserves (I'd say a couple handfulls.)
- Top with the ramining noodles and preserves and again sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
