Struck up a conversation with a woman in the doctor's office one day and we started talking Kugel recipes. She told me about this one. I went home and made it. LOL It is so good.

Ingredients
- 1 - bag wide egg noodles
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 - eggs
- - brown sugar
- 1 - 12 oz jar apricot preserves
How To Make apricot noodle kugel

Step 1Boil noodles in salted water for 4 minutes

Step 2Mix noodles with the butter and cream cheese. Then add the eggs.

Step 3Place half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish.

Step 4Top the noodles with half jar of preserves and then sprinkle brown sugar over preserves (I'd say a couple handfulls.)

Step 5Top with the ramining noodles and preserves and again sprinkle with brown sugar.

Step 6Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
