How to Make Apricot Noodle Kugel
- 1Boil noodles in salted water for 4 minutes
- 2Mix noodles with the butter and cream cheese. Then add the eggs.
- 3Place half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish.
- 4Top the noodles with half jar of preserves and then sprinkle brown sugar over preserves (I'd say a couple handfulls.)
- 5Top with the ramining noodles and preserves and again sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 6Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
