I got a version of this recipe from a dear friend. I've tweaked it to my family's taste. By popular demand, I bring it to all family reunions!

Ingredients
- 16 oz cans cream-style corn
- 16 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimientos, diced
- 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make ann's corn casserole

Step 1Whisk milk and eggs together. Add in cracker crumbs. Let stand 15-20 minutes.

Step 2Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to cracker mixture.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Step 4Pour into 9 X 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 deg. for about 1 hour.
