this rice recipe,it filled with alfredo,without a pasta,it great with fried or baked chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 8 - hardwood bacon strips,cooked and crumbled
  • 1 - vidalia onions,peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 package cream cheese,cut into chunks
  • 1 jar refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make alfredo rice casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  • Step 4
    Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
