- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 8 - hardwood bacon strips,cooked and crumbled
- 1 - vidalia onions,peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 package cream cheese,cut into chunks
- 1 jar refrigerated alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make alfredo rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well

Step 3Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Step 4Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
