    cooked brown rice
  • 1 c
    cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped carrots

    hardwood bacon strips,cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    vidalia onions,peeled and diced
  • 3/4 c
    chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese,cut into chunks
  • 1 jar(s)
    refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Alfredo Rice Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl,combine brown and wild rice,carrot,bacon,onion,sun dried tomatoes,cream cheese and alfredo sauce;mix well
  3. Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  4. Bake,uncovered,at 350
    degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
