Ingredients
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1-14 ounce diced tomatoes with juice
- 1-4 ounce sliced canned mushrooms
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-10 1/2 ounces beef broth
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
How To Make wild rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Stir mixture to make sure all ingredients are mixed well. Bake for a total of 1 1/2 hours, stir 3 times. Make sure all liquid is cooked up but don't over cook.
