- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 - eggs, hard boiled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
How To Make wild rice summer salad

Step 1Cook wild rice in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes. Saute celery and onion until tender. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Toss well and chill. Makes 5 servings.
