Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup wild rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 - eggs, hard boiled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

How To Make wild rice summer salad

  • Step 1
    Cook wild rice in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes. Saute celery and onion until tender. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Toss well and chill. Makes 5 servings.
