Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    wild rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4
    eggs, hard boiled and sliced
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise

How to Make WILD RICE SUMMER SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook wild rice in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes. Saute celery and onion until tender. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Toss well and chill. Makes 5 servings.
