Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 box uncle ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make wild rice dressing

Step 1Cook rice as directed on package.

Step 2Cook sausage until well done. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of drippings.

Step 3Saute onion and mushrooms in the reserved drippings. When the onions and mushrooms are tender stir in the flour.

Step 4Stir the rice, onion mixture, and all remaining ingredients mix well.

Step 5Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes
