Ingredients
- 2 cups long grain rice (basamati or jasmine)
- 2 -3 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 cups water
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 3-4 tablespoons knorr tomatoe chicken bullion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make wendi's spanish rice

Step 1rinse rice.

Step 2heat oil on medium heat heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent and then add rice. Cook rice until it starts to brown, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Step 3Add 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Stir and turn to simmer and cover.

Step 4Cook for about 20 minutes until water is gone.
