Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil of choice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups prepared rice (left-over is fine)
- 1-2 teaspoon fish sauce, or to taste
How To Make tomato rice

Step 1Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 20 seconds until fragrant.

Step 2Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3Add rice and toss it with the garlic and tomato paste mixture. Add a few splashes of fish sauce and taste. Adjust the saltiness to your taste.
