tallahassee rice (baked rice)

My grandmother always used to call this Tallahassee rice... it's delicious. I've used cuscous in a pinch, it just made a ton!!! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup hard rice (uncooked, not minute)
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can water
- 1 - package onions soup mix
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1/2 stick margarine
How To Make tallahassee rice (baked rice)

Step 1Combine above ingredients in a casserole dish. Place the 1/2 stick of margarine on top (sliced up). Bake (covered)at 400 for 30 minutes. Stir. Continue baking for 20 minutes or till mixture is dry. Enjoy!
