Not too spicy, just a little heat. This is an easy dinner idea that you can vary by using one cup salsa for part of the water, adding chopped leftover chicken, other veggies, cheese soup, or even doubled.

Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 - bell pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips (or a couple handfuls frozen pepper strips)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chiles
How To Make spicy chicken rice

Step 1Spray large bowl w/ cooking spray. Put rice, 2 cups water, tbsp. butter or margarine, seasonings and pepper strips in bowl and stir to mix.

Step 2Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook at medium for 15 minutes.

Step 3Take out, stir and add cream of chicken soup and green chiles. Mix well. Serve.
