Spicy Chicken Rice
1 cjasmine rice
1 Tbspbutter or margarine
1/2 tspchicken bouillon
1 tsponion powder
1bell pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips (or a couple handfuls frozen pepper strips)
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)chopped green chiles
How to Make Spicy Chicken Rice
- Spray large bowl w/ cooking spray. Put rice, 2 cups water, tbsp. butter or margarine, seasonings and pepper strips in bowl and stir to mix.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook at medium for 15 minutes.
- Take out, stir and add cream of chicken soup and green chiles. Mix well. Serve.
