spanish style chorizo fried rice
(1 RATING)
This recipe is off the back of a package of enriched long cooking white rice. I changed a couple of things up to add a little more zip. Not much tho. just a little.

How To Make spanish style chorizo fried rice
-
Step 1Heat olive oil in non-stick pan, add chorizo sauages, celery, onions, stir on medium to medium high heat until sausages are cooked.
-
Step 2Add thyme, both kinds of tomatoes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer this uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Step 3Add the cooked rice and stir to mix well until rice is hot. Sometime after adding the cooked rice I pour into a casserole dish and heat in a 325* oven until hot.
