Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice (not instant)
- 1/2 medium diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make spanish rice

Step 1In a large sauce pan, heat oil at med heat and add in rice and onion...stirring often. Once rice becomes lightly browned, add in minced garlic and stir.

Step 2Begin to add in remaing ingrediants one at a time while stiring in between. When liquid begins to boil, reduce heat cover with lid and let simmer for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 3Once rice is cooked, fluff with fork and serve! This recipe goes well with any of my Mexican Dishes!
