QUCK AND EASY FRIED RICE.... ALWAYS A FAMILY FAVORITE FOR BBQS AND FAMILY GET TOGETHERS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
  • 4 cups water, boiling
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 can spam, cubed
  • 1 package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

How To Make spam fried rice

  • Step 1
    BOIL THE 4 CUPS OF WATER AND ADD THE RICE BRING TO A BOIL AND COVER REDUCE THE HEAT TO A MINIMUM AND COOK SLOWLY FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES
  • Step 2
    WHILE YOUR COOKING THE RICE CUT THE SPAM IN SMALL SQUARES. THEN CUT YOUR GREEN ONIONS AND FRY TOGETHER WITH THE SPAM. AFTER THE SPAM IS BROWN ADD YOUR BAG OF FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS FRY TOGETHER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES THEN ADD YOUR SOY SAUCE AND SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SET ASIDE.
  • Step 3
    WHEN YOUR RICE IS DONE PUT IT IN A BIG BOWL AND ADD THE SPAM MIXTURE AND STIR IT TOGETHER. ADD SOY SAUCE TO TASTE.
