Ingredients
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup hunt's original barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup sweet & sour sauce
- 1/3 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon or more salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
How To Make slow cooker redneck rice

Step 1Add rice to crock pot. Add 1 cup water. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.

Step 2Add bell pepper and (optional) onions, stirring well. Set slow cooker on low and cook 1.5 hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
