How to Make Sinangag (Garlic Flavored Rice)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until light brown stirring often.
  • 2Add rice and break up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and stir to coat grains with oil. Cook until rice is heated thru.
  • 3Divide among four bowls and serve with a fried egg or Filipino sausage.
