Ingredients
- 4 cups rice, steamed and day old
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make sinangag (garlic flavored rice)

Step 1Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until light brown stirring often.

Step 2Add rice and break up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and stir to coat grains with oil. Cook until rice is heated thru.

Step 3Divide among four bowls and serve with a fried egg or Filipino sausage.
