simple spanish rice

Simple simple.....you can add whatever you like but for a simple spanish rice this is good...when my kids are eating it I do not add the tapatio sauce since they say that is too spicy. Sometimes I top or stir in my homemade salsa...etc...Also during the cooking it might brown a little on the bottom....scrape it and stir in if you like that or just don't do any scrapeing on the bottom. Hope you enjoy!!
