How to Make Simmered Italian Rice
- 1Heat broth and italian seasoning in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
- 2Stir rice and spinach in saucepan, and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- 3Stir in the cheese. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
