Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make simmered italian rice

Step 1Heat broth and italian seasoning in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Stir rice and spinach in saucepan, and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Step 3Stir in the cheese. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
