- 3 - green onions and tops,chopped
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/4 pound cooked baby shrimp
- 3 tablespoons kikkoman soy sauce

Step 1Blend egg and water set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions fry for 30 seconds. Add egg mixture, scramble. Stir rice in gently, add shrimp and soy sauce, cook, stirring until thoroughly heated through. Makes 6 servings.
