Sesame-Ginger Rice

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
uncooked long-grain rice
1 tsp
sesame seeds
2 c
chicken broth
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground pepper
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in a 3 1/2qt. saucepan over med-high heat. Stir in rice and saute 2 mins or until rice turns opaque. Stir in sesame seeds. Add chicken broth and next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil.
2Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 20-25 mins. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
3Fluff with fork. Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley.
