How to Make Sesame-Ginger Rice
- Melt butter in a 3 1/2qt. saucepan over med-high heat. Stir in rice and saute 2 mins or until rice turns opaque. Stir in sesame seeds. Add chicken broth and next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 20-25 mins. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Fluff with fork. Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley.
