If the harbonaros are to spicy you can substitute to the mild RO-TEL blend. also can add a can of beans and cheddar cheese.

ro-tel harbanero tomato's
1 lb
ground beef
1 c
frozen mixed veggies. your fav i use the carrots peas and corn mix

joan of arc spicy beans
1 c
chedder cheese grated
1 dash(es)
sour cream per serving

How to Make rozi's spicy rice


  • 1first get your rice going. as you are waiting for the water to boil start the beef. i like a big skillet with a lid and i add spices like season all, pepper,cyan etc.
  • 2as that gets going the rice will need a stir and should be boiling by now. prepare as package requires
  • 3when your rice is done add the whole can of ro-tel water and all. stir in slowly add mix veggies. it will get thick add about a cup of water or more to give a soupy consistency cooking on low. stir in meat slowly mixing well, add water as needed to keep from thickening. keep on med to low as needed to bring together keep adding water as needed to keep from getting thick. its best a LITTLE soupy. for the sauce. but to much would ruin it.
  • 4put the cover on and let set for about five minuets. should be ready to serve. if to spicy a dash of sour cream will take the edge off.
