    chicken rice a roni
  • 1 jar(s)
    marinated artichokes chopped
  • 15
    green olives sliced
  • 4
    green onion chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced water chestnuts chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder

How to Make Rice Salad


  1. Follow recipe on box of rice a roni to cook, do not use butter.
    Cool rice a roni. Add artichokes, olives, green onions, and water chestnuts.
  2. Mix mayo, curry powder, and some juice from marinated artichokes. Mix with rice and chill
