OH how I LOVE this Rice Pilaf. I could eat the entire recipe myself. It is good with steak, chicken, pork, and I am sure you would enjoy it with anything else too!

- 1 cup uncle ben's converted rice
- 1 can beef consomme soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 3/4 stick margarine

Step 1Combine and cook in covered casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir after 1/2 hour.
