Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 - egg,beaten
- 1 1/4 cups cooked rice or brown rice
- 5 + tablespoons butter for frying
How To Make rice patties

Step 1Mix dry ingredients well,then stir in milk to moisten.

Step 2Add all other ingredients except butter,stir gently.

Step 3Heat butter in fry pan on med-low heat.Spoon batter into pan to make small patties,flatten if you need to.

Step 4Fry until patties are firm and lightly browned on both sides.
