Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 scallions chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
- hoisin sauce for drizzling
- lime wedges for serving
How To Make rice noodles with ginger, cilantro & scallions

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with warm water then mix in the sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 2Place the two tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet or Wok. Add the ginger and garlic cook 30 seconds. Add the scallions and stir fry 30 more seconds. Add the noodles and mushroom soy sauce. Stir fry until warmed through. Stir in the cilantro.

Step 3Serve drizzled with hoisin sauce and serve with lime wedges.
