Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can french onion soup (campbells)
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
How To Make rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the uncooked Long grain rice in baking dish (one that has a lid to cover it. Pour in both soups and mix. Place the half stick of butter in the middle of the mixture, and cover. Place in the oven for an hour.
