- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 cups hot, cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons diced pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make raisin-barbecue rice

Step 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the raisins and chili powder, and cook until thoroughly heated.

Step 2Combine the raisin mixture, rice, and the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently. Serve immediately.
